CELCO is an acquisition partner serving the nonprofit community. Founded as a full-service list brokerage and list management firm, CELCO has evolved to offer nonprofits and agencies more than just list services.
The CELCO brand was established in 1981 by one of our industry’s first leaders, Carol Enters, who created the Carol Enters List Company (CELCO) to provide list brokerage and list management services for the nonprofit community.
At the start of 2024, Andrew Giffen and Kelly Leech—both long time CELCO employees—were able to purchase CELCO from Barbara Sims through their entity AKWire, Inc.
CELCO has a diverse array of nonprofit partners, having established a reputation for delivering superior service based on deep fundraising expertise.
CELCO is a full member of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW) and the Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association (DMFA), as well as a supporter of the Association of Direct Response Fundraising Counsel (ADRFCO). CELCO is also proud to be a founding member of The Nonprofit Alliance (TNPA).
Our brand is part of AKWire, Inc. Under the AKwire brand we also offer strategic management services to the nonprofit community.
